We believe strongly that the life of a bloom should be enjoyed by the recipient, not spent in transit to its destination or sitting on the shelf of a wholesale house. Shipping from the farm to its destination is also a vital step in maintaining quality. We prefer to use product that has been shipped with the "cold chain" process which means they are cooled immediately after harvesting and then shipped under refrigeration to eliminate unwanted and unnecessary premature life expectancy.
